The following are the games I’ve designed that have been through extensive playtesting and development and are fully playable:

Guardian Spirits

Style: Family Weight Cooperative Euro

Players: 1-4

Length: 60 minutes

Mechanics: Worker (Dice) Placement, Cooperative

The great enemy has awakened and even now its agents infiltrate, sowing discord and attempting to destroy the great henge. You are one of the great henge’s guardian spirits, can you guide the fate of the world to defeat the enemy or will it fall into a millennia of darkness?

In Guardian Spirits you work cooperatively with other guardians to create, enchant, and position the stones of the great henge. Your aim is to match constellations to guide fate to an outcome that results in the enemy’s defeat while also managing the constant threat of the enemy’s agents corrupting the great henge and your allies.

Drift Racers

Style: Light Filler Game

Players: 2-5

Length: 20 minutes

Mechanics: Track Movement, Moving Multiple Units, and Relative Positioning

Start your engines, the drift race is about to begin!

Cars sit on the track ready to take off as soon as the lights go green. Racing across dusty tracks and rain swept tarmac, these races thrill fans with wild drifts that kick up plumes of dust or huge waves of spray as every car hurtles on the very edge of control towards the chequered flag.

Fast paced game play matches the frenetic pace of the race as the lead switches hands again and again, but by using relative positioning mechanics means no car is ever out of the race. With multiple ways to score victory points you can never be sure who will take the win.

Werewolves of the Black Forest

Style: Complex Hobby Game

Players: 2-4

Length: 90 minutes

Mechanics: Deck and Tableau Building and Set Collection

Nestled in the Black Forest tiny villages struggle to survive, trading and farming in the rich soil. Meanwhile hidden in the depths of the forest werewolves prowl, hunting for victims. As the newly elected mayor you have your own agenda, but can you find time to pursue that while helping your village attract the right wanderers and keeping everyone safe long enough to end the werewolf threat forever?

Werewolves of the Black Forest is a competitive deckbuilding game where each player acts as the mayor of a simple village in the depths of the Black Forest hoping to be the one to end the werewolf menace. Over the course of the game each village will attract wanderers who might also be convinced to settle, but beware the werewolves! Visiting each village in search of prey the werewolves can quickly multiply and if you’re not careful overrun your peaceful community.

Utilising a card settling mechanic you gain different abilities from each card depending on if the character is just visiting or settles in your village. You'll also have to consider what characters live alongside each person in your village as some give powerful advantages depending on who their neighbours are. As a result each character provides a myriad of options.

Dice Planters

Style: Complex Hobby Game

Players: 2-6

Length: 60 minutes

Mechanics: Dice Drafting and Resource Management

Do you have the skill to deal with all the issues created by the other players adjusting the greenhouse settings to keep your plants healthy and impress the judges with the most perfect blooms? Dice Planters sees players compete to grow perfect flowers in a shared greenhouse by drafting dice. Dice represent your equipment and tools during the game, allowing you to control the sunlight, water and soil Ph that reaches your flowers to help them grow.

Alongside the other gardeners you’ll trade dice to adjust the overall greenhouse settings, to protect your flowers and to get the tools you need to help them thrive. Be careful though as too much of a good thing can be worse than not enough and you’ll need to know when to stop working on you flowers and just let them be!

Judgemental

Style: Mature Party Game

Players: 2-12

Length: 30 minutes

Mechanics: Targeted Clues and Voting

Judgemental is a cooperative clue solving game with transgressive humour baked in

Watch your friends make judgements on these fictional characters, declaring with absolute certainty that one person would fold the corners in a borrowed book and another would use their phone while driving. All with no more to go on than their face and name as you desperately try to guide them. See just how judgemental you (and your friends) are!

Time to get Judgemental!

Stationery Race

Style: Light Filler Game

Players: 3-8

Length: 30 minutes

Mechanics: I Split You Pick and Set Collection

Can you get your hands on the best collection of stationery? The stationery cupboard is open and the race is on to have the best collection on your desk before the latest order is all gone! In Stationery Race 2-8 players complete to add the best items to their desk, avoiding the items that they’ll get in trouble for (unless they have a purchase order of course).

Decide how to split up this week’s order, but remember your colleagues will get first choice, so make sure they leave you something you need, and that Karen doesn’t complain too much about the small supply store you’ve accumulated on your desk.
